Safety, equipment, and guides

Safety is the foundation of all whitewater paddling. Before the tour, you’ll receive equipment and a clear briefing on how to paddle, how to follow the guide’s signals, and what to do if you end up in the water.

We provide technical equipment such as a helmet, life jacket, wetsuit, and paddle. You bring swimwear to wear under the wetsuit, a towel, and preferably a wool or synthetic base layer in cooler weather. Avoid cotton, as it gets cold when wet.
